It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Winnie Benard Williams who entered into eternal rest on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at the New York Community Hospital in Brooklyn, New York.
Celebration of Life services will commence on Friday, July 28, 2023 at Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church in Elizabeth City, North Carolina beginning at 11:00am. A viewing and visitation will be held on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at the funeral home from 6:00pm-8:00pm.
