It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Tony Mullen who entered into eternal rest on Monday, September 20, 2021 at Sentara Albemarle Medical Center in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Celebration of Life Services will take place on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at 1:00pm at St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church located 506 York Street in Elizabeth City, North Carolina with Rev. Dr. Ricky L. Banks delivering the Eulogy. A walk-through viewing will take place on Saturday, September 25,  2021 from 6:00pm-8:00pm at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Memory Gardens Cemetery. The family asks that if you will be attending any of the services, that you would please wear a mask. All CDC and social distancing guidelines will be enforced.

The family will receive friends at the home of wife, Mrs. Marie Mullen, affectionately known as "Cookie" at 103 Ida Acres in Elizabeth City, North Carolina.
