It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Robert C. Taylor of South Mills, North Carolina. Mr. Taylor entered into eternal rest on Monday, August 5, 2024 at Sentara Albemarle Hospital in Elizabeth City, North Carolina surrounded by his loving family.

Internment will take place on Thursday, August 15, 2024 at the New Burying Gound Cemetery in South Mills, North Carolina with Military Rites beginning at 1:00pm.

Mr. Taylor leaves to cherish his memories: his daughter, Carmel Banks; his sister, Frances (Cleophus) Aydlett; his grandson, Tremayne Banks; his favorite nephew, Dwayne (Jeanette) Aydlett; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Professional services of love and comfort were entrusted to Adkins Memorial Funeral Home.
