It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ms. Margaret Spellman Skinner who answered the Master’s Call on Sunday, May 15, 2022 at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, Virginia.
Celebration of Life Services will take place on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at Grace and Truth Community Church in Elizabeth City, North Carolina beginning at 12:00 Noon. Interment will follow at the Memory Gardens Cemetery in Elizabeth City, North Carolina.
MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL SERVICES!
