Our beloved Darren Duane Jernigan, Sr., age 44 entered into eternal rest on Sunday, June 28, 2026 in Elizabeth City, North Carolina.

His life will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 beginning at 2:00pm at Holy Trinity Community Church in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. A viewing and visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm.

Professional services of comfort and love have been entrusted to Adkins Memorial Funeral Home.
