It is with great sadness that we announce the earthly transition of Ms. Brenda Marie Williams who entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
A service celebrating her life will commence on Friday, June 23, 2023 at 1:00pm at Holy Trinity Community Church in Elizabeth City, North Carolina.
Interment will follow at the Doves Landing Cemetery.
A viewing and visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, June 22, 2023 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
**The Williams family will receive visitors at the home of Brenda’s brother, Kendall Williams located at 2304 Hewitt Drive, Elizabeth City, NC, beginning Wednesday, June 21 - Thursday, June 22, 5:00pm - 8:00pm**
Brenda leaves to cherish her memory, two loving sons, Alandas M. Williams Sr. (Sinobia) and Tyran Williams both of Elizabeth City, NC; three grandsons, Khairy Buckley-Williams Sr. (Jessica), Alandas M. Williams Jr., and Travar Williams, all of Elizabeth City, NC; four great-grandchildren, Khairy Buckley-Williams Jr., Layla Buckley-Williams, Khaiden Buckley-Williams, and Jaxon Buckley-Williams; six brothers, James Williams (Mary), Stafford Williams Jr., Gregory Williams (Sarah), Donald Williams (Loretta), Villie Williams (Charlene), and Kendall Williams Sr. (Salisa) all of Elizabeth City, NC; three sisters, Doretha W. Grayson (Kevin), Edna W. Williams (Robert), Wendy W. Tisdale (Stephen), niece/sister; VonKeshia W. Kasib (Ali) all of Elizabeth City, NC; three aunts, Mary W. Stokely, Carolyn Williams, and Edith Williams of Elizabeth City, NC and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her sister-in-law Rita C. Williams.
