Our beloved, Bobby Ray Banks entered into eternal rest on Sunday, November 9, 2025 in Raleigh, North Carolina at the age of 83.

His life will be celebrated on Saturday, November 15, 2025 beginning at 12:00pm at Victory Praise & Worship Center with Pastor Daniel Spence, officiating. He will be laid to rest at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Elizabeth City, North Carolina.

A viewing and visitation will take place at the funeral home on Friday, November 14, 2025 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm.

Professional services of comfort and love have been entrusted to Adkins Memorial Funeral Home of Elizabeth City, North Carolina.
