It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ms. Bessie Eloise Taylor who entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at Laurel Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Elizabeth City, North Caolina. Her life will be celebrated on Sunday, March 26, 2023 beginning at 2:00 in the afternoon at Victory Praise and Worship Center with Pastor Daniel Spence, Pastor & Eulogist. A viewing will take place at the funeral home on Saturday, March 25, 2023 from 5:00pm-7:00pm.
